PVC color masterbatch is specially formulated for PVC resin, featuring good dispersion and migration resistance. It achieves favorable compatibility with PVC matrix and plasticizer systems. With moderate heat resistance and high tinting strength, it delivers uniform and bright color for finished articles. Stabilizers can be compounded upon request to improve weather‑resistance performance.
Main Applications
Wires & Cables: PVC insulating layers and cable sheaths. Different colors distinguish neutral wire, live wire, ground wire and signal wires to comply with safety standards. Pipes & Profiles: PVC drainage pipes, conduit pipes and door‑window profiles. Realizes color marking and architectural‑decoration matching with uniform coloring and good weather resistance. Soft‑PVC Products: PVC films, hoses, toys, shoe materials and artificial leather. Bright color with retained softness, low migration and low precipitation risk.
